Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before using our services. By accessing or using proxype, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein.
proxype provides digital financial services including mobile recharges, DTH recharges, utility bill payments, money transfers (DMT), AEPS withdrawals, BBPS payments, and other fintech services. All transactions processed through our platform are real-time and irreversible in nature.
The following transactions cannot be cancelled once initiated:
Once you confirm and submit a transaction, it is processed instantly through our banking and service partners. We strongly advise you to verify all transaction details carefully before confirming.
Funds added to your proxype wallet via payment gateway, bank transfer, or UPI are credited instantly. Cancellation of wallet top-up is not possible once the payment is confirmed by the payment gateway.
In case a transaction fails due to technical issues or rejection by the service provider, the deducted amount will be automatically reversed to your proxype wallet within 24 to 72 working hours. You do not need to raise a separate cancellation request for failed transactions.
Some transactions may remain in "Pending" status due to delays from banks or service providers. These transactions cannot be cancelled during the pending period. If a pending transaction does not resolve within 7 working days, please contact our support team for assistance.
In rare cases of proven duplicate charges or technical errors from our side, proxype reserves the right to review and process a cancellation or adjustment on a case-by-case basis. Such requests must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction.
